Modernize East Valley buses

East Valley School District buses date back to 1991. Having a fleet modernization is essential for everyone in the community (whether you have students or not) because these buses travel over 3,000 miles each day.

By modernizing the fleet, the new buses would be even safer for students with the added technology of ABS brake systems, camera systems, higher and more cushioned seats and seat backs, just to name a few. In addition, the new buses would be more fuel-efficient and meet the more stringent environmental standards for cleaner exhaust output.

The proposed levy is for just two years at 0.55 per $1,000 of assessed value. For a home with an assessed value of $150,000, this equates to only $6.88 per month.

It is time to start supporting the district to give students and community members the best possible services. Show your support by voting yes for the East Valley Transportation Levy.
