Coeur d’Alene Tribal Police are asking the public’s help in finding an elderly man who has been missing since early this month. Noel Edward Campbell, 80, was last seen at the Gateway Café in Plummer around April 2 and was reported missing April 16. Police said there has been no activity on his debit card in that time. Campbell is Native American with brown eyes and gray hair. He is 5-foot-10 and weighs 200 pounds. He is diabetic and partially blind. He has missed doctors’ appointments, and it’s not known if he has medications with him. His car, a green 2014 Subaru Forrester with handicapped license plate DX 321, also is missing. Anyone with information about Campbell’s whereabouts is asked to call the tribal police at (208) 686-2050.
