‘Debate’ was embarrassing

I watched 10 Republican contenders for the presidency “debate,” courtesy of Fox News. I cannot imagine a more embarrassing performance. If this is the best we have to offer for the leadership of this country, I can only hope that none of them achieve their stated goal.

And should this be taken as a politically biased statement, I would imagine that the same comment would be appropriate should the Democratic candidate, Hillary Clinton, be subjected to the same exposure and format.

Where are the Harry Trumans of the world when they are so sorely needed?
