Start real drug war

Being 72 years old and living over half of my life in this fabulous city of Spokane, I am sick of crime and drugs in my town. I am sick of convicted felons who are allowed to walk and steal and rob innocent, hardworking people’s property.

Not having ever touched a computer or smartphone, I hope someone out there could start a movement for voters to fix our judicial system now. Also, for someone to put to voters a law for the city to start its own real drug war.

Felonies: First offense, minimum one year; second offense, five years; third offense, minimum 10 years, and that doubles after a fourth offense.

Drug wars: First offense for all illicit drugs, one year in jail; distribution, minimum five years in jail; manufacture or trafficking, minimum 10 years. No exceptions.

Spokane can be a model for a real crime and drug war with some teeth instead of talk.
