Holt, a 6-foot-1 outside hitter, led the Cougars with 3.91 kills per set. She has 1,293 kills and 91 aces during her career.

Holt is the 15th Cougars player to earn first-team honors for volleyball.

WSU’s McKenna Woodford made the All-Freshman team. The 6-4 outside hitter averaged 3.16 kills per set.

USC’s Samantha Bricio was named player of the year. Her coach, Mick Haley, earned top coaching honors.

Gonzaga redshirt senior Savannah Blinn was named to the All-West Coast Conference first team for the third consecutive year.

Blinn, of Lewiston, is the second Bulldogs player to earn three first-team honors and the first to do so in three consecutive seasons. Lisa Petticord earned the award in 1987, 1989 and 1990.

Blinn led the Bulldogs with 475 kills and added 85 blocks. She stands second on the all-time GU list with 1,728 kills.

Brigham Young dominated the awards with Alexa Gray named player of the year, Amy Boswell defender of the year and Heather Olmstead coach of the year.
