Engineering

Amber Orr has been named engineering manager for the Pend Oreille Public Utility District. Orr was previously with Kootenai Electric Co-op and has experience in the industrial and utility fields. She serves as chairperson for the Spokane section of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.

Trindera Engineering has hired Brian Miner as project engineer in the automation department. Miner also works as a computer electronics engineering and technology adjunct instructor at ITT Technical Institute. Previously, he was a project engineer at Engineered Control Systems.

Finance

Mountain West Bank has named Steve Griffitts as vice president and commercial lender in the bank’s Coeur d’Alene office. Griffitts was previously with Jobs Plus Inc. for 12 years, most recently serving as president.

Inland Northwest Bank has promoted Hal Perier to assistant vice president and network administrator and Bradley Alcock to vice president and retail business development officer. Perier was the recipient of the bank’s 2014 Officer of the Year award. Alcock was previously an assistant vice president and cash management/business development officer.

Health care

Incyte Diagnostics has named Don Larsen as chief executive officer. He previously served as the interim chief executive officer since June 2014. Larsen has 30 years of experience in the health care industry.

Dan Hansen has joined the management team of AnovaWorks. Hansen was previously the program director for the Eastern Washington Center of Occupational Health and Education at Inland Northwest Health Services for 10 years.

Miscellaneous

Humanix has hired Scott Ward as an account manager/recruiter. Ward has extensive experience in management, operations, customer service and client development.
