Airway Heights plowing bill misstated

Although the state Transportation Department estimates its annual cost of plowing a portion of U.S. Highway 2 in Airway Heights could reach $50,000, the amount actually billed to the city so far is just under $18,500. Because of incorrect information provided to the newspaper, the full estimated amount was incorrectly reported as having been billed to the city in an article published on page A5 in Saturday’s paper.
