Obituary: Dilg, Evelyn Lucy Bates
She is survived by her husband, Danny and three sons: Devron (Melanie), Bradley (Cindy), Tyler (Sara); four sisters, five brothers and mother, Rita B. Bates.
She is preceded in death by her father, Karl Theodore Bates.
Evelyn was born and raised in Chino Valley, Arizona.
Evelyn married in the Logan Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The family later moved to Spokane, WA where she enjoyed serving in the church and others with her talents of music, quilting, carpentry, raspberries, and being a member of Four Mounds Homemakers Club.
She also enjoyed spending time with her grand- children.
Funeral Services will be held at the Shawnee Latter-day Saints Chapel, 5001 W. Shawnee, on Thursday, February 12th, the viewing at 9:00a.m., the funeral service at 10:00a.m.
The burial will be held in the West Greenwood Cemetery, #2.
She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
