Shea, Scott losing support

It appears abundantly clear that support for state Rep. Matt Shea and Rep. Elizabeth Scott is on life support, when they rally their supporters on the Capitol steps in Olympia.

Both elected officials actively supported a Constitutionalist/Posse Comitatus candidate for Stevens County sheriff last fall, and with the full support of Stevens County Commissioner Steve Parker and his rather influential pastor, were defeated, because voters of Stevens County were able to distinguish the difference between real and imagined threats to the U.S. Constitution.

As a strong believer in the Second Amendment, I am equally strong in my belief in the rule of law. Our area is slowly evolving from a Wild, Wild West landscape and mentality, and I am guessing that Rep. Shea and Rep. Scott might consider making their case without the barrel of a gun.
