DCI Engineers has promoted Logun Rasmussen, Thomas Holman and Matthew Thomas to associates. Rasmussen has been with DCI since 2004 and has been involved in several high-profile projects including the Davenport Grand Hotel and Washington State University’s Martin Stadium. Holman and Thomas have both been with DCI since 2006. Holman’s projects include the Penesquito Crushing Station in Mexico. Thomas has served as project engineer and senior project manager on projects including the Northtown Mall Redevelopment.

Finance

Inland Northwest Bank has hired Spencer Brower as the branch manager of the Hayden and Coeur d’Alene branches and Heidi Horobiowski as the branch manager of the Spokane Valley branch.

Edward Jones has announced that Josh Clements-Sampson, a financial adviser, accepted an initial Limited Partnership offer and Mary Charbonneau, senior branch office administrator, has increased her current Limited Partnership holdings.

Insurance

Mark Theriault has joined the construction specialty division of PayneWest Insurance as the managing director for construction insurance. Previously, Theriault was the executive vice president and practice leader for Willis North America’s New York construction practice.

Law

Workland & Witherspoon, PLLC has named attorneys April Anderson and Jessica Allen as partners of the firm. Anderson and Allen are both licensed in Washington and Idaho. Anderson’s practice focuses on real estate, business and finance transactions. Allen was selected as a Washington Rising Star Attorney in Estate Planning and Probate for 2014 by Super Lawyers.

Lawton Printing Services has hired Debra Smith as a sales representative and Rick Danskey as an estimator. Smith has experience in publication media sales and marketing. Danskey has 30 years of experience in the printing industry and previously served as a press room production manager.
