Packers at Seahawks

Time: Noon

TV: Fox 28

Line: Seahawks by 7 1/2 .

Over/under: 46 1/2

Weather: A 90 percent chance of light rain, wind 15-20 mph, temperature in low 50s.

Synopsis: Seattle is a win away from becoming the first team to reach the Super Bowl in back-to-back years since New England did so to cap the 2003 and ’04 seasons. Seattle has the NFL’s top-rated pass defense (as well as being No. 1 in points and total yards allowed) and will put the heat on Packers QB Aaron Rodgers, who nurses a calf injury. This will be a big factor, because Seattle’s secondary is much better than that of Dallas, and it will be harder for Rodgers to stand in the pocket this time.

Seattle has the league’s top-rated ground attack, led by Marshawn Lynch and Russell Wilson, and should feast on a Green Bay run defense that ranked 23rd.

The Seahawks rolled the Pack 36-16 in the NFL season opener and have won eight straight home playoff games. Make it nine.

Pick: Seahawks 27-17
