Obituary: Kopp, Ernest H.

KOPP, Ernest H. (Age 80) Passed away Monday, January 12, 2015.

He was born in rural North Dakota to Martha and Ervin Kopp.

Survivors include wife, Roberta; children Sharol (David) Mayer and Terry Kopp, five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Ernie’s childhood was spent in North Dakota and Kellogg, ID.

After leaving school, he enlisted in the US Navy, serving primarily aboard the USS Yorktown as a MR 2nd Class.

Before retiring he worked as a machinist for the Bunker Hill Mine, the Coeur d’Alene’s Co. and Kaiser Aluminum.

Memorial services will be January 31, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Word of Life Community Church, 6703 N. Idaho Rd., Newman Lake WA.
