Obituary: Trochimowicz, Fred

Age 97

TROCHIMOWICZ, Fred Fred Trochimowicz passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 29th, 2014 at Hospice House South.

He was born December 5, 1917 in Laurel Hills, New York.

Graduated from William Cullen Bryant High School.

Served his country in the Army, fought in Luzon Campaign with the 136th Field Artillery and was a Veteran of WWII.

After returning home from the military, he moved to California to begin his career in the title insurance business.

Eventually moving to Washington state where he continued his profession and later retired at 83.

After retiring, he enjoyed gardening, woodworking and spending time with his grandkids.

Survivied by his wife Barbara, daughters Jennifer Voelker (Tom) of Spokane Valley and Stefanie Trochimowicz of Dexter, Oregon.

He had six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild.

At Fred’s request, there will be no memorial service and interment will be at a later date.
