Two orphaned brothers are surviving in their rundown North Philadelphia row house. Treat is angry at the world and steals to survive, while Phillip is gentle and reclusive. Enter Harold, a wealthy businessman cloaked in mystery and humor, who turns the lives of the two brothers upside down.
