Good man for sheriff

I am glad that Spokane Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich is not perfect. Neither am I. I have met many people in my life, but not one that is perfect. As I remember all of the good people that have lived in this world, it is so consoling that I am in good company.

There are those who constantly criticize our sheriff, many for political reasons. They must think of themselves as perfect. I do not think so. We are fortunate to have a good man for sheriff. Many of his critics could never be the credit our sheriff is to Spokane County and the surrounding communities.

Some people get their names in our paper and attempt to degrade a truly fine man. They must think they are perfect. Could they ever do one-half the good job that our sheriff does day in and day out? I think not.

But I digress. There was a perfect man that I’ve read about. His name was Jesus. But they crucified Him.
