Pride Parade and Festival Parade makes its way through downtown – between Post and Stevens streets and Riverside Avenue and Spokane Falls Boulevard – beginning at noon, then the Pride Festival will take over the Gondola Meadow in Riverfront Park until 5 p.m. The festival features entertainment from Fly Moon Royalty, Blake McIver, the Angela Marie Project, Bella Courbe and more, plus resource and business booths, family area and a beer garden, all hosted by Abbey Crawford. 40th Idaho State Button Show 40th anniversary show hosted by the Historical Button Club of Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington. “A Berry Wonderful 40 Years” will feature displays and sales of thousands of antique and collectible buttons dating from the 1700s to the present. Members judge the Button Tray Competition from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. today, with an evening dinner program on medieval buttons. Exhibit and sale 7-10 p.m. today and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.
