Matt Walker has earned the American National Standards Institute accredited Construction Manager Certification. Walker is with Hill International and has more than 28 years of experience in architectural, program and construction management. He is working on the Spokane Convention Center completion project.

Finance

Kathy Jordan and Cindi Berdar have joined Financial Management Inc. Jordan has 25 years of experience as a financial planner. Berdar also has 25 years of experience in financial planning. Jordan and Berdar were with Valic.

Geoff Forshag has been named vice president, director of retail and commercial product strategy at Washington Trust Bank. Forshag worked for five years as president and chief operating officer at the Bank of Fairfield. He is the 2013 recipient of Greater Spokane Incorporated’s AGORA award for business excellence.

Scott Flage has joined Campbell & Bissell, PLLC. Flage was an associate attorney at Evans, Craven & Lackie, P.S. He practices insurance defense with an emphasis on construction litigation, the defense of municipal entities and property disputes.

Darren M. Digiacinto has been named a partner at Stamper Rubens, P.S. Digiacinto’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, employment and business litigation. He is licensed in Washington and Idaho and is Martindale Hubble AV Preeminent Rated.

Marketing

Stacy Harris has joined Bernardo|Wills Architects as a marketing coordinator. Harris has 19 years of marketing and graphic design experience, including experience in the software development and civil engineering fields. Previously, she was a marketing coordinator for Murray, Smith & Associates Inc. in Everett.

Fatbeam has hired Tammy Palm as director of sales and named Chris Jasper as vice president of fiber networks for the company’s new construction division. Palm has experience in sales, channel management and product marketing with several Fortune 500 companies. Jasper worked as the manager of construction for the company and has more than 20 years of experience in building fiber optic networks.
