Valleyfest hosts pageant event

Valleyfest is sponsoring a pageant for sophomore and junior high school girls enrolled in a Spokane Valley school.

The winner will be hospitality host for other teens at Valleyfest and attend a variety of events over summer.

The pageant consists of a panel interview, a speech on the topic “What does Spokane Valley Mean to Me?” and an onstage question. There’s a cash prize.

The pageant is free to enter.
