Israel doesn’t get pass

Graham Andrews writes March 17 that Israel gets a free pass from the media. He also asks why Israel has a bomb and Iran doesn’t. Simple. Israel has not threatened to destroy and annihilate the Arab populations, and has never threatened its enemies with the bomb even in its many wars to survive.

As to settlements, nowhere in the world’s history has there ever been a so-called Palestinian country. The people now occupying Gaza originally came from other Arab countries and have no historical connection to Israel. Arabs are allowed to vote in Israeli elections.

As for free passes, the media have favored the Palestinians as victims of Israelis, yet how many Jewish suicide terrorists have blown up Arab buses or delis? The United Nations has many members who veto any vote or any action that may favor Israel.
