Integrus Architecture has hired Tim Leinonen as an intern architect and Jeff McGuire as a project engineer. Leinonen is currently working with the firm’s government and justice groups. McGuire currently works with the firm’s justice, government and K-12 groups.

Spokane Teachers Credit Union has promoted David Flood to vice president of lending. Flood was previously director of consumer lending for three years. He first joined STCU in 2000.

Doug Jaworski has joined Inland Northwest Bank as a business development officer. Previously, Jaworski worked at Peak1 Administration and Advanced Benefits.

Andrew Steighner has joined Senior Helpers of Spokane as the business manager. Steighner has more than 10 years of health care experience.

Greg Konkol, of Accra-Fab, has been named chairperson of the Inland Northwest Aerospace Consortium Board of Directors.

Palouse Knowledge Corridor has named the winners of the Entrepreneur of the Palouse awards as follows: Sangria Grille won in the Business category; Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse won in the Nonprofit category; and College Cabs won in the Rising Star category.

Nonprofit

John Moredo-Burich, Mandy Orozco and Alison Highberger have joined the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture. Moredo-Burich is the director of visitor experience. Previously, he was the curator for exhibits and education at the University of North Carolina State Arboretum. Orozco is the grant writer and has more than 13 years of experience as a fund development consultant. Highberger is the media relations specialist and has more than 12 years of experience as a television producer in news, public affairs and entertainment programming.

Meg Demand has joined the American Cancer Society as the development manager of the distinguished events team. Demand has experience in sales and operations and previously worked for two top 10 pharmaceutical companies.

Visit Spokane has announced the 2015 Tourism Promotion Area grant recipients awarded by Spokane County as follows: Northwest Taste Culinary Destination Experience, $10,000; Oktoberfest, $5,000; Spokane Geo Tour, $7,440; Washington State Chinese Lantern Festival, $25,000.
