Obituary: Feske, Raymond
He was born to Raymond and Freda Feske on August 15, 1928 at Sacred Heart Medical Center.
He attended St. Anthony’s Grade School, Gonzaga Prep, and graduated from North Central High School, where he played all-city football.
Shortly after graduating he went to work for Bell Telephone where he worked as a lineman and installer for 46 years.
In his retirement, he enjoyed fishing, hunting with his brother Chuck, traveling, teasing the grandkids, and totally spoiling all the dogs he ever had.
His love of animals was legendary.
Ray was married to Barbara Taylor for 18 years until they divorced.
He married his beloved Evelyn (Grimes) and they were married 46 years.
Ray is survived by his wife, Evelyn; his step-daughters Jan Grimes and Jonelle Parr; grandchildren, Shelly Cleverdon (Steve), Courtney and Cameron Coy, Joshua Grimes (Tania), Jared Grimes and Jennafer Grimes; great-grandchildren Rylan Coy, Henry and Lucy Cleverdon, Maci Coy, and Orwell Grimes; his brother Charles Feske (Shirley); and his beloved dog, Maggie.
At his request, no service will be held.
A memorial service will be held and announced in August.
