Warming center will open tonight
The Salvation Army will opening its warming center for the first time this season tonight.
The City of Spokane provides funding to open a warming center anytime the temperature is forecast to drop below 32 degrees, which is expected to happen tonight.
The center will be open from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. at the Salvation Army at 222 E. Indiana. It is open to single men and women as well as families with children.
