Employers at risk

Who is at risk? If I owned a business in Spokane and someone told me I had to increase my employee’s entry level wage from $10 an hour to $15 an hour, a few questions would conjure up in my mind.

What guarantee do I have that recipients would work harder, be happier, be more productive, take fewer sick days and would not job hunt? And would my customers stick with me after I increased prices to cover increased labor costs?

Imagining there are no certain, affirmative answers to any of these questions, I would remain relieved the minimum wage remains what it is.
