ISIS like rabid animals

Any animal that contracts rabies (which attacks and takes over the brain) is dangerous both because it cannot be cured and because it can inflict the disease on those with whom it comes in contact, and those animals can pass it on to others. The only way to deal with such an animal is to kill it.

Terrorists, particularly those in ISIS, are rabid animals who kill indiscriminately those with whom they come in contact, and who pass on their disease by recruiting others to their ranks. They cannot be cured. The way to deal with them, therefore, is rather obvious.
