Coeur d’Alene man dies in I-90 crash in Post Falls

A Coeur d’Alene man died in crash on Interstate 90 in Post Falls early Saturday morning.

Eric W. VanHorn, 44, was driving his Nissan Pathfinder east on I-90 when his SUV left the road and hit the base of the McGuire Road bridge, according to the Idaho State Police. The crash occurred just after 2 a.m. Saturday.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
