Sites, times set for state semifinal football games

Sites and times are set for the three area high school football teams playing in Washjngton state semifinal games this weekend.

Gonzaga Prep (12-0) takes on Richland (11-1) in a State 4A matchup Saturday as part of a doubleheader at Edgar Brown Stadium in Pasco. Kickoff is set for 1. SWX will broadcast the game live.

In State 1B eight-man, Almira/Coulee-Hartline (11-1) meets No. 1-ranked Liberty Christian (12-0) of Richland Saturday as part of the doubleheader in Pasco. Kickoff is at 4.

And in State 2B play, Northwest Christian (11-1) goes against defending state champ Okanogan (11-1) Saturday at Lions Field in Moses Lake. Kickoff is at 1.

Gonzaga Prep and ACH are playing rematches. G-Prep opened the season at Richland, edging the Bombers 13-10.

ACH opened the year playing host to Liberty Christian, which handled the Warriors 66-42.
