College golf: Whitworth men finish second in invitational at Spokane Country Club

Whitworth matched its first-round score of 304 but its 608 total left the Pirates eight shots back of victorious Willamette in second place in the Whitworth Men’s Invitational at Spokane Country Club.

Andrew Dodge led the Pirates with a 5-over 149 to tie for fifth place and three Pirates – Oliver Rudnicki, Elijah Pittser and Tyler McQuilkin – shared sixth at 150. Willamette’s Clark Wilson was medalist with a 1-over 145.
