MILES, Thomas H. Thomas H. Miles, loving husband, father, salesman, and world traveler.

Born to Sella Ping Miles and William Miles on January 21, 1929, left this world for a new adventure October 5, 2015.

He lived his whole life in Spokane but traveled the world.

He graduated from Rogers High 1947.

In the fall of 1946 he met the love of his life Mickie at the Spot.

For him it was love at first sight.

He worked at Ruth Ashbrook Bakery while attending Kinman Business University.

He graduated with a degree in accounting.

He spent two years in the Navy as a Yoeman to the Executive Officers at Hickam Air Force Base in the VFR.

He went on to work as a salesman for the HJ Heinz company, then Georgia Pacific Paper, which led him to the food business with Nesbitts, then on to the brokerage firm of Maillard Schmidel.

After that he struck out on his own and founded TMA Inc Food Brokerage.

At one point in time he had a branch office in Hong Kong.

During the later years if he was not on one of his trips to Asia you would find him helping Mickie with her business, HI Estate Sales.

He retired in 2005 but had a hand in several other areas until 2011.

He is survived by his wife Mickie; daughter and son-in-law Alicia (Conrad) Froh; and grandson Miles Musser.
