Shock trade Lee for veteran receiver Helwege

The Spokane Shock traded rookie defensive back Elijah Lee to the Cedar Rapid Titans for wide receiver Justin Helwege.

Helwege, who played collegiately at Central Washington University, has played three seasons in the Indoor Football League.
