Idaho women’s soccer earns regional ranking

The Idaho women’s soccer team enetered the NSCAA Pacific Region rankings for the first time in program history. The Vandals are currently ranked 10th.

Idaho has won seven straight and sit alone atop the Big Sky Conference standings with just three matches left. The Vandals have already clinched a spot in the conference championships.

Additionally, sophomore Olivia Baggerly and freshman Kelly Dopke were named Big Sky Conference Athletes of the Week. Baggerly received the offensive honor and Dopke claimed the defensive honor.

Idaho plays Big Sky foe North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota, on Friday.
