Graham truly loves country

Donald Trump shockingly said he dislikes war hero Sen. John McCain because he was captured, adding that he only likes veterans who weren’t (caught). When McCain was shot down over Hanoi, he suffered shrapnel wounds and eight broken bones. Refusing to treat his injuries, his captors frequently twisted his fractures to torture him. He endured six years in a stinking hell hole with constant beatings and torture.

When the Communists finally agreed to release him, McCain refused to leave until all the American POWs being held with him were freed first. McCain’s sacrifice was selfless and, lest we forget, his suffering was the price of our freedom.

Trump and his supporters should all be deported and dumped in North Korea. It’ll be like taking out the trash; only then can America heal from the shame of their ingratitude and Republicans recover from the intoxicating conceit of the disrespectful Democrat who crashed their party.

I’m supporting South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Persian Gulf War, and 33 years in the U.S. Air Force Reserve; retiring as a colonel. Graham has always done what Trump can never do: Love his country more than himself.
