Avista home energy reports inefficient

We too receive the “Home Energy Report” referencing how we are not as efficient as our neighbors. With the color graphics that are sent separately from the monthly billing Avista sends, how efficient is Avista? I understand that they are trying to inform us of how inefficient our home is, but couldn’t this same information be sent quarterly or annually on the back side of the billing that is sent out?

By making that simple change, they would not waste paper, cost of ink, envelopes and postage that Avista customers are eventually charged. I’ve sent Avista these suggestions on how they could be more efficient at least six times and have yet to receive a reply.

We pay for what we use but Avista charges the customers for these types of “reports” within their billing. Once Avista becomes efficient in how they do business, then we can listen.
