Wedding anniversary: Spokane couple mark 50 years

Gary and Carol Thomas celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a luncheon for family and friends on Aug. 6 at Mirabeau Park in Spokane.

Hosts for the event included their children: Tami Holen, of Portland; and Wendy Thomas, of Spokane.

The couple were married Aug. 6, 1966, in Rosalia, Washington. They have two grandchildren.
