Here come the payouts

What do ex-Spokane Police Chief Frank Straub, lawyer Mary Schultz, Monique Cotton and lawyer Bob Dunn have in common? They are all about to become rich courtesy of most of the citizens of the city of Spokane.

You see, due to misconduct, mismanagement and incompetence of Mayor David Condon, City Administrator Theresa Sander and Park Board President Chris Wright, we are all going to be forced to divvy up millions of dollars and not a single dollar will come from their pockets and, undoubtedly, there will be no consequences for their actions.

Plus, all court records and awards could be sealed.
