Wake surfing destructive

The oversized wakes that are generated by boats to wake surf are destructive to the shoreline and a nuisance to other boaters.

On an otherwise calm and pristine day, these boats and “surfers” turn the water into a choppy rolling mess by generating four-foot rollers for their own personal enjoyment without regard to anyone else who would like to enjoy the calm smooth water.

When I boat, I respect the lake and the space others occupy on it.
