1. Tony Bennett

The legendary singer performs in a 70th anniversary gala for the Spokane Symphony. Evening will include this 19-time Grammy winner performing, as well as sets from local musicians, dinner and dancing into the evening. Age 21 and older.

2. Volume

Two-day music festival held in downtown Spokane. Featuring 90 bands playing in 10 different venues: Baby Bar (all ages until 9 p.m.), the Bartlett (all ages), Big Dipper (all ages), Boots (all ages), Mootsy’s, nYne, Observatory, the Pin (all ages), Red Room and Terrain/Washington Cracker Building (all ages). 3. 28th Playwrights’ Forum Festival

Eight one-act plays written by seven regional playwrights will be competing for Festival Adjudicator Award as well as an Audience Choice Award.

When: Continues through June 12; performances are Thursdays-Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.; Sundays at 2 p.m.

4. The Farm Chicks Show

More than 90,000 square feet of antique, vintage and crafted goods. It’s huge, and chances are excellent you’ll find something you didn’t know you needed.

When: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday

Where: Spokane County Fair and Expo Center, 404 N. Havana St., Spokane Valley

5. Peter Cetera

Former Chicago front man and ’80s movie soundtrack king, Peter Cetera brings his “Timeless” tour to North Idaho. The Sun Valley resident will perform songs from his solo career, along with a few hits from the mega-selling band Chicago.

6. Kings of Love Tour

An evening with three R&B artists, Bobby V, J Holiday and Pleasure P. Grammy nominee J Holiday released “Guilty Conscience” in 2014, while Bobby V put out the EP “Peach Moon” in 2013. Pleasure P has released a few singles in recent years; his latest album is 2009’s “The Introduction of Marcus Cooper.”

7. “Anything Goes”

This Broadway blockbuster is a full-speed-ahead giant with madcap antics aboard an ocean liner bound from New York to London. A stowaway in love with an attached heiress, a nightclub singer, Public Enemy No. 13, and the rest of the ship take part in the age-old tale of boy meets girl.

When: Friday through June 26. Performances are Thursdays-Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., Sundays at 2 p.m.
