Valley to celebrate city hall groundbreaking Thursday

The city of Spokane Valley is celebrating the groundbreaking for the new city hall at 9 a.m. Thursday.

The construction site is located on the southeast corner of East Sprague Avenue and Dartmouth Road.

Mayor Rod Higgins will present the keynote speech, and members of the project design team will share information about the project.

Ambassadors from Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce will participate in the golden shovel groundbreaking.
