Rodeo was well done

I have lived in the Arden area just six miles south of Colville, for 10 1/2 years. I serve as pastor of the Arden Faith Baptist Church, and I decided to go to the Arden Old Timers Rodeo.

I am glad I went on May 21. The last rodeo I attended was at the North Dakota State Penitentiary. There, the ones on the Wild Cow Riding were the inmates (prisoners) who were doing this riding. The prison is in Bismarck, North Dakota, where I was chaplain there at the time.

Both here in Arden and in North Dakota, the rodeos were very well done. First Corinthians 14:40 says “Let all things be done decently and in order.”
