Medical practices merge to become Summit Cancer Centers

Several local medical practices have merged to form Summit Cancer Centers.

The merger involves Spokane Valley Cancer Center, Medical Oncology Associates, Spokane CyberKnife and Northwest Oncology, which will transition to the new name this month. The director of Summit Cancer Centers is Dr. Arvind Chaudhry.

The company operates clinics in Spokane, Spokane Valley and Post Falls, with a mobile unit that serves satellite locations in Colfax, Colville and North Idaho communities.
