STEVENSON, Kituri Kniseley “Kit”
(Age 85)

Of Rockford, WA died Sunday, March 6, 2016 surrounded by family at the Fairfield Care Center.

Kit was born March 14, 1930 in Seattle to John and Jeanne Kniseley.

She was raised on a family farm near North Bend, WA where she loved riding horses.

She was the oldest of three sisters.

She met her husband Delbert at Washington State College and they married September 4, 1949.

Kit enjoyed raising cocker spaniel dogs, two of which she spoke of often, Bucky and Honey.

Kit also enjoyed hunting and fishing with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Delbert.

She is survived by her daughter, Ida and her husband Ken Clausen, daughter Jenny Bardue and her husband Alan Espy, son Clint Stevenson and his partner Vivian Plank, grandson Jeremy and his wife Leah Clausen, and grandson Jason Clausen, and great- granddaughters Olivia and Sophie Clausen, sisters Ruthie Wall and Jan Stone, and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 pm on Friday, March 11, 2016 at the Harvest Moon Restaurant in Rockford, WA.

The family would like to extend sincere thanks to the staff at the Fairfield Care Center for their care of Kit.
