Was born in Seattle, WA.
December 31, 1946 and passed away May 8, 2016.
He served honorably in the US Navy for more than twenty years.
He was a Vietnam Veteran and was stationed in countries such as Vietnam, Japan, Italy, Spain, various countries in the Middle East and in the USA.
He was a graduate of the University of Maryland, worked for Computer Science Corporation and retired as Director of Operational Software Homeland Security, Washington, D.C.
He is survived by brother and wife, Bill and Kathy Mosher, niece and spouse Nicole and David Needham, nephew and spouse, Ivan and Aimi Mosher, cousins Frownfelters and Boedigheimers.
He was a good man, good brother and friend.
He will be missed.
