He is survived by his wife Jen and children Nathan and Danica, his parents William and Kay Hajostek; sisters Maria and Kelli.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 9:00 am at St. Mary Presentation Catholic Church, 602 E. 6th Street, Deer Park WA,
