Marian J.
(Age 84)

Passed away on May 19, 2016 at Franklin Hills Health & Rehab in Spokane.

She was born June 21, 1931 at Fort Benton, Montana to Virgil and Mabel Law.

Marian is survived by son Keith L. Davey of Portland, Oregon; step-daughters Dee Ann Minton of Delta, Colorado, Carol D. Shaw of Bremerton, Washington; and step-son, Claude I.

(Bud) Davey, of Spokane, Washington.

She was preceded in death by husbands, Claude L. Davey in 1990, and Foster A. Morgan in 1999.

She married Claude Davey in 1953 and they lived in the Spokane and Deer Park Area.

Marian was very interested in music and played the piano in several small dance bands in the area, as well as for volunteer groups, various lodges and clubs.

She was a member of Spokane Chapter #163, O.E.S, Eagles Auxiliary #3564, and Women of the Moose Chapter #689, Loon Lake, and later in Pullman #2350.

She served as Deputy Grand Regent of the Women of the Moose in 1981-82 and also served as State Musician for the Washington State Moose Association.

She was a volunteer at Holy Family Hospital from 1994 on.

Marian was employed as Secretary for various real estate companies and attorneys, and retired from the Dept.

of Social and Health Services, State Of Washington, in 1993.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Pullman Chapter #2350, WOTM or to any charity of their choice.

At her request, there will be no services held.

Burial will be held later at Fort Benton, Montana.
