Scott went to be with the Lord on April 27, 2016 where he joins his late father Charlie.
Scott was born April 20,1965 to Charles and Patricia Duffy (Rhode Island); the family relocated to Spokane in 1974 where they still reside.
He leaves behind his mother Patricia Duffy, twin sisters Cheryl and Coleen; nieces and nephews all of Spokane, brother Jimmy Duffy of Massachusetts, and cousins.
Scott lived everyday to the fullest and enjoyed life.
He will be missed
