WSU’s Kaitlyn Johnson named second-team All-Pac-12 in women’s soccer

The Pac-12 Conference announced its women’s soccer all-conference team on Thursday, with Stanford and Southern California dominating the vote.

USC placed four players on the first team, including defensive player of the year Mandy Freeman and goalkeeper of the year Sammy Jo Prudhomme. Stanford’s three first-teamers included offensive player of the year Andi Sullivan. Stanford’s Paul Ratcliffe was chosen coach of the year.

California’s Taylor Kornieck was named freshman of the year.

Washington State was represented by second-teamer Kaityln Johnson, a senior forward. Junior forward Kimberly Keever of Washington was named to the second team.

WSU forward Morgan Weaver made the all-freshman team.
