The Dirt: Tile and marble business building in Spokane Valley

A $1.1 million building project is underway in Spokane Valley for Oregon Tile & Marble by Bedrosians, at a site visible from nearby Interstate 90.

Divcon Inc., of Spokane Valley, is the contractor for the new 30,800-square-foot structure, located at 19119 E. Broadway Ave. The building will include an 8,000-square-foot showroom, in addition to offices and storage.

Oregon Tile & Marble by Bedrosians is a wholesaler and distributor of tile and stone products including porcelain, natural stone and quartz materials, used in residential and commercial properties.

Once the building is complete, which is expected by this spring, the business will move from its current location in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park at 3808 N. Sullivan Road.

Former Wintersport

property purchased

Harlan and Maxine Douglass have purchased a property formerly occupied by Wintersport Ski Bike & Board in Spokane.

The 3,300-square-foot building is located at 3220 N. Division St., at the intersection of Bridgeport Avenue. Darrell Perdue, who had owned Wintersport, sold the property.

A longtime ski and board equipment retailer, Wintersport closed earlier this fall.

A NAI Black news release didn’t include a description of planned use for the property. The brokers were Bryan Walker, Jeff Johnson and Chris Bell, all of Black Commercial.
