David Earl Hutto, the man accused of killing William “Bo” Kirk in North Idaho last month, pleaded not guilty to multiple charges in court Monday.

In an arraignment hearing that lasted less than 10 minutes, according to KHQ, the judge entered not guilty pleas to the four charges filed against Hutto: first-degree murder, first-degree kidnapping, first-degree arson and robbery.

Hutto was arrested on Oct. 28. Prosecutors allege Hutto kidnapped, bound and shot Kirk to death over a road-rage incident in Coeur d’Alene.

Hutto is being held in lieu of a $2 million bond.
