Trump actions abolishing HR departments

With the election now completed, expect another demise of a career choice: Human Relations. What made most workplaces a safe haven with rules of etiquette in vogue has just been abolished by electing Donald Trump to the highest office in the land. His complete disregard of respect for anyone not named Trump is a travesty.

Can you envision an employee hauled into HR for disrespecting a fellow co-worker whose sole defense of his inappropriate action(s) is: our president can get away with it, so I can do it, too. Open your eyes, my fellow Americans. I dare you to try and offend a worker in your office and get away with it. Chances are extremely strong that you will be reprimanded and/or fired, or both. Try it.
