Finch Arboretum restrooms getting upgrades

Th restrooms at the Woodland Center at Finch Arboretum are getting an update.

The Spokane Park Board earlier this month approved a $55,000 contract with Western States Construction, Inc., of Spokane County, to build upgrades to the restrooms.

The work involves converting three existing restrooms into two restrooms. New sinks, handicapped access, new faucets and dispensers are included in the job.

Baby changing stations will be added.

A portion of the library and a closet will also be remodeled.
