May Hutton DAR to celebrate 20th year

The May Hutton Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is celebrating its 20th anniversary on Oct. 15 at 1 p.m. at the Hutton Settlement, 9907 E. Wellesley Ave.

The program includes presentations by the director of the Spokane Valley Heritage Museum, Jayne Singleton, and by Spokane Valley Mayor Rod Higgins, as well as a celebration cake and fellowship.

The program concludes with a wreath-laying ceremony at the graveside of May Hutton at 4:30 p.m. at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W. Wellesley Ave.
